Additionally,



you will collaborate with parents and support staff to address any significant factors that may hinder students’ progress.our ultimate goal will be to provide guidance and inspiration to help children achieve key learning milestones.Responsibilities-Assess students’ abilities and craft teaching plansAdapt learning materials to students’ needsKeep track of and reflect on students’ progress Monitor children’s behavioral patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if neededFind engaging activities to teach skills (e.g. drawing and theater drama)Manage classroom crises and resolve conflictPrepare students for transition to the next gradeInform parents about their children’s performance and potential problemsCoach/mentor other professionals who work with children with disabilitiesCollaborate with the support staff (e.g. school counselors and speech therapists) to create holistic intervention plansRequirements and skillsProven experience as a Special Education Teacher or relevant roleGood knowledge of current special education topics and methodologiesExperience working with children with a wide range of disabilitiesAbility to create IEPsA patient, resourceful, and resilient personalityExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsValid state special education certificateBSc in Special Education; MSc is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
