Technical Responsibilities

- Review and demonstrate proficiency in Spare Parts Management.

- Support the Spare Parts Coordinator in all aspects of spare parts management activities.

- Develop a solid understanding of vendor purchase orders relevant to spare parts scope.

- Maintain comprehensive tracking logs, identify issues, and report progress/status to the Spare Parts Coordinator.

- Review and validate spare parts information against engineering documents (e.g., P&IDs;, schematics, general arrangement drawings, cross-sectional drawings, data sheets, inspection and operation manuals).

- Monitor vendor schedules and ensure timely delivery of required documentation and materials.

- Coordinate regularly with Package Owners and Technical Leads to ensure alignment on spare parts requirements.

- Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), capturing key decisions and action points for all spare parts-related discussions.

- Demonstrate familiarity with material management systems and ensure accurate data handling.

- Utilize IT tools effectively for managing and tracking spare parts data and workflows.

Key Skills & Competencies

- 24 years of relevant experience in Spare Parts Management, Material Management, Engineering Coordination, or a related technical role.





- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (B.E./B. Tech) is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of spare parts management, material tracking, vendor coordination, and technical documentation.

- Ability to interpret and validate engineering documents such as P&IDs;, GA drawings, schematics, cross-sectional drawings, data sheets, and technical manuals.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Power BI, and SAP.

- Robust communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with Package Owners, Technical Leads, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to maintain tracking logs, monitor vendor deliverables, and follow up on pending documentation/materials.

- Proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work in a project-driven and dynamic environment.

- Quick learner with the ability to understand technical concepts and project requirements effectively.
