Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Manual QA experience.
- Proven experience in IVR / IVA / conversational system testing.
- Strong experience in:
- Test planning and test case creation
- Independent test execution
- Defect lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with log verification and technical troubleshooting .
- Experience testing AI-driven or NLP-based systems.
- Robust understanding of conversational design principles.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI, etc.).
- Experience using Jira or similar defect management tools.
- Native or fluent Spanish (required for conversational validation).
