Role Description The Sourcing Specialist (freshers) role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. In this role, the specialist will source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and networking channels. Daily responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic or online interactions to assess candidate fit, and maintaining accurate records in recruitment tracking systems.

The Sourcing

Specialist will coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, align candidate profiles, and support interview scheduling. The role also involves continuous market research on talent availability and proactive outreach to build and maintain a candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review job requirements, evaluate resumes,



and match candidate profiles with open positions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for qualified interactions with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Candidates should possess basic Contract Negotiation and Procurement awareness to understand offer terms, candidate expectations, and hiring needs.
- Candidates should possess foundational Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and manage multiple requirements with attention to detail.
- Comfort with using MS Office, online job portals, and social media platforms for sourcing activities.
- Any bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution; specialization in HR, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
- Interest in building a career in recruitment and willingness to learn from structured training and mentorship.
