Roles and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and process all demand requests ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
- Manage the full Joiners/Movers/Leavers lifecycle, including user setup, entitlement changes and vendor platform updates (e.g., Bloomberg, LSEG/DACS).
- Maintain accurate MDS inventory by updating all user, product and entitlement changes; conduct regular data validation with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendor account managers to maintain up‑to‑date user lists and support renewals.
- Perform monthly invoice reconciliation against inventory, troubleshoot discrepancies and support Accounts Payable with allocation outputs.
- Perform monthly vendor declarations and handle ad‑hoc exchange reporting requirements.
- Respond to stakeholder queries regarding licence usage, contract inclusions/exclusions, entity coverage and compliance with usage rights.
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with internal clients, acting as a reliable point of contact for MDS operational matters.
- Support assigned MDS initiatives such as demand management,



savings challenges, optimization exercises and usage reviews.
- Support sourcing activities such as renewals, benchmarking, negotiations, vendor clarifications and displacement opportunities.
- Assist with RFx, commercial analysis, pricing comparisons, spend reviews and supplier evaluation activities.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the Market Data Services function.
- Strong understanding of Market Data Services, vendor systems, user entitlement workflows and licensing structures.
- Exposure to market data vendors and tools preferred.
- Experience with procurement processes, vendor management or commercial negotiations an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and comfort working across multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
