At MandateX Advisory Pvt. Ltd. , we're building a next-generation real estate advisory firm focused on exclusive mandates, strategic partnerships, and high-value residential developments across Navi Mumbai.

We're looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager who is passionate about networking, channel partner management, and driving qualified site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs).
- Generate quality customer leads through CPs and direct sourcing.
- Conduct CP meetings, project presentations, and networking activities.
- Coordinate customer site visits and follow-ups with the sales team.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and revenue targets.
- Track sourcing performance and maintain accurate CRM records.




- Build new business opportunities through strategic alliances.

What We're Looking For

✔ 1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing/business development.

✔ Robust network of Channel Partners in Navi Mumbai is preferred.

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive professional.

✔ Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
