Role Description The Sourcing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing real estate mandates and investment opportunities aligned with STRATEDGEA’s strategic objectives. This role involves scouting potential projects and developers, conducting market research, and building a strong pipeline of properties and partnerships.

The Sourcing

Manager will negotiate terms with stakeholders, collaborate with internal marketing and advisory teams, and support end-to-end deal execution from initial contact to closure.



Day-to-day activities include maintaining relationships with developers and investors, tracking market trends, preparing sourcing reports, and ensuring that sourced opportunities meet quality, profitability, and strategic fit criteria.

Qualifications

- Experience in real estate sourcing, mandate acquisition, or business development within property, investment, or consulting sectors.
- Strong skills in market research, financial analysis, and opportunity evaluation to assess project viability and profitability.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building with developers, investors, and channel partners.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and advisory teams to align sourcing activities with overall strategy and execution plans.
- Comfort with CRM tools, data-driven decision-making, and reporting to track pipelines and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment in Pune, with high levels of accountability and integrity.
