Role Description The Sourcing and Closing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves identifying and sourcing suitable real estate opportunities and partners, managing leads, and maintaining a structured pipeline to support business objectives.

The specialist will conduct due diligence, analyze project and partner suitability, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing decisions with company strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and negotiating contracts,



supporting procurement activities, and facilitating smooth transaction closures. The role also requires regular communication with developers, investors, and other partners to ensure transparency, timely updates, and strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities, evaluate risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and transparent documentation.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation to structure agreements, handle terms, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Experience in recruiting or sourcing partners, projects, or vendors within real estate, finance, or related sectors.
- Foundational procurement skills for vendor evaluation, cost comparison, and supporting purchase decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate, financial services, or consulting with exposure to deal-making or transaction support.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis software to manage pipelines and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, with strong time management, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
