Company Description The Sound Technician is responsible for operating, testing, and managing sound equipment for live events, exhibitions, corporate events, and conferences. This role requires technical expertise in mixing consoles, microphones, and speaker systems to ensure high-quality audio experiences.

Mandatory Criteria

- Diploma or Degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sound Technician in event management or live shows.
- Proficiency in operating digital and analog mixing consoles (e.g., Yamaha, Behringer, Midas).
- Deep understanding of acoustics, PA systems, and signal flow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot audio issues quickly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights, as per event requirements.
- Strong physical stamina for lifting and setting up heavy audio equipment.

Responsibilities:-

- Set up, test, and operate sound equipment for live events, corporate meetings, and exhibitions.




- Conduct sound checks and adjust audio levels to ensure optimal sound quality.
- Collaborate with event managers, performers, and speakers to determine audio requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with audio equipment during live events.
- Maintain and repair audio equipment to ensure it remains in valuable working condition.
- Manage inventory of sound gear, including microphones, cables, speakers, and mixers.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards when setting up and dismantling equipment.
- Record live events and edit audio tracks as required.

Events will require work during evenings and weekends, so flexibility with work hours is often necessary
