You will design scalable architectures, lead complex integrations, and serve as a trusted advisor to strategic partners and enterprise customers building real-time engagement applications.

Partner with Sales to deliver AI-powered real-time communication solutions.

Design scalable, secure architectures and lead technical discovery, POCs, and demos.

Support solution implementation and optimize customer deployments.





Use AI development tools to accelerate delivery.

Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.

Create technical documentation and act as a trusted customer advisor.

Stay current with Conversational AI, Voice AI, WebRTC, and GenAI technologies.

Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Swift, or Kotlin.

Experience with React Native/Flutter, SDKs, REST APIs, and web/mobile architectures.

Hands-on knowledge of Conversational AI, WebRTC, SIP/PSTN, LLMs, and ASR/TTS.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, and Confluence.
