Loaction: Delhi, Bengluru An IT company that provides developers with software development kits (SDKs) and APIs to embed real-time voice, video, interactive livestreaming, and chat into applications

As a Solution Architect you’ll act as the technical expert bridging customer vision with the company. You will design scalable architectures, lead complex integrations, and serve as a trusted advisor to strategic partners and enterprise customers building real-time engagement applications.

- Partner with Sales to deliver AI-powered real-time communication solutions.
- Design scalable, secure architectures and lead technical discovery, POCs, and demos.
- Support solution implementation and optimize customer deployments.




- Use AI development tools to accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Create technical documentation and act as a trusted customer advisor.
- Stay current with Conversational AI, Voice AI, WebRTC, and GenAI technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Experience with React Native/Flutter, SDKs, REST APIs, and web/mobile architectures.
- Hands-on knowledge of Conversational AI, WebRTC, SIP/PSTN, LLMs, and ASR/TTS.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, and Confluence.
