We are seeking a passionate Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to lead the design and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions. This role is critical for driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions, particularly in the retail domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect, design, and deploy AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Lead a team of engineers to implement and optimize machine learning models.
- Develop innovative AI/ML solutions with a focus on retail and other industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML initiatives with business goals.
- Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Deploy models using best practices, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience & Expertise:





- Proven track record of implementing at least 5 scalable AI/ML solutions (retail domain experience is a plus).
- 7+ years in roles such as Machine Learning Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar.
- Expertise in large language models (LLMs) and advanced machine learning algorithms.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or R.
- Experience with data engineering, pipelines, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Robust knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
