Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Strong expertise in designing and implementing IT service management workflows and processes.

Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise systems to streamline operations.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Familiarity with configuration management, incident, problem, and change management within ServiceNow.

Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing ServiceNow platform performance to meet client needs.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
