JD/Main Responsibilities:

Knowledge of parameters of site selection , Components of solar energy sysytem , installation of solar panel , Safety standards and work proceduresKnowledge of basic electrical wiringTraining students on : -

1. Assessing the installation site 2)Understanding the installation pre-requisites

3)Arranging for installation materials

2. Mounting and installing the panels at customers premises 5)Ensuring effective functioning of solar energy system after installation

Other Specifications:

1. To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective .

2. Review training content & timely upgrade
3. Motivated the students for placement
4.



Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework ,QP.

Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested

5. Monitor class attendance 6Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches
6. Knowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job roles

7. Carryout the internal assessments
8. Ensure soft skill training such as Interpersonal Skills ,Communication Skill, Behavioural skills 10 Ensure proper MIS reports to H.O.D

We have require Immediate Joiner Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
