We are looking for a passionate and experienced Solar PV Installation Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training on Solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems. The trainer will be responsible for conducting hands-on sessions, preparing training materials, mentoring students, and ensuring high-quality skill development aligned with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical training on Solar PV Installation, Commissioning, Testing, and Maintenance.

Train students on rooftop solar systems, off-grid, on-grid, and hybrid solar solutions.

Demonstrate proper installation techniques, wiring, mounting structures, inverter installation, battery integration, and system commissioning.

Conduct practical sessions following safety standards and industry best practices.

Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training manuals, assignments, and practical assessments.





Evaluate trainees through theory and practical examinations.

Maintain training equipment, solar kits, tools, and laboratory infrastructure.

Coordinate with colleges, universities, training partners, and project teams during workshops and certification programs.

Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training content.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and quality standards.

Provide technical support during workshops, faculty development programs, and solar awareness initiatives.

Required

Qualifications

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, or a related discipline.

Certification in Solar PV Installation (preferred).

2–5 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, or technical training.

Prior experience in vocational training or skill development programs is an added advantage.
