We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating large-scale Solar EPC projects and ensuring smooth execution from planning to commissioning.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Solar EPC project coordination.
- Must have successfully coordinated 50 MW+ Solar EPC projects .
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, documentation, and site coordination.
- Ability to monitor project timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, procurement coordination, and progress tracking.
- Familiar with safety standards, quality compliance, and project reporting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and other project management tools .
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of Solar EPC projects.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and site execution teams.
- Resolve project-related issues
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Support management with project planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
