Key Responsibilities
1. Perform functional testing for web and mobile applications.
2. Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
3. Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects.
4. Support software releases, build verification, and release documentation.
5. Collaborate with development, support, and technical writing teams.
6. Verify field-reported issues and provide troubleshooting support.
7. Communicate testing status clearly and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience in mobile application testing.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium.
- Knowledge of performance testing.
- QA certification is a plus.
