Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, and career-oriented candidates to join our team as Software Development & Deployment Interns. During the internship, you will work alongside experienced developers on live client projects, gaining practical knowledge in software development, testing, deployment, and client support.

Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development

- Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and backend functionalities.
- Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Perform application testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

Deployment & Production Support
- Deploy applications to client environments and production servers.
- Support clients during software implementation and go-live activities.
- Monitor deployed applications and resolve deployment-related issues.




- Perform software updates, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Maintain deployment documentation and release records.

Live Project Execution
- Work on real-time client projects under the guidance of senior developers.
- Participate in requirement analysis, development planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Follow software development best practices and coding standards.

Client & Candidate Support
- Coordinate with clients during software deployment and implementation.
- Assist in user onboarding, software demonstrations, and issue resolution.
- Gather client feedback and communicate enhancement requirements to the development team.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects that meet client expectations.

Learning & Professional Development
- Participate in technical training sessions throughout the internship.
- Learn modern development frameworks, tools, and deployment practices.
- Gain exposure to Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Continuously enhance technical and problem-solving skills through practical assignments and mentorship.

Full time Employment

- Conversion to a full-time role based on performance evaluation.
- Salary revision upon successful completion of the internship.
- Additional performance-based salary hike after six months of full-time employment.
