We are looking for a skilled Software Tester with 3+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in testing product-based applications, preferably HRMS software and be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver or similar automation tools.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate data using SQL queries.
- Execute regression testing before every software release.
- Handle production support tickets by reproducing reported issues, validating defects and verifying bug fixes.
- Work closely with the development and support teams to troubleshoot customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure software meets functional, usability, and performance requirements.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint activities.





Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Experience in product-based software testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Knowledge of Java or Python for automation scripting.
- Experience with Postman for API testing.
- Positive knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience in handling production support tickets and validating bug fixes.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in testing HRMS software.
- Knowledge of HRMS modules such as Employee Management, Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Timesheets.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
