- Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify and resolve defects.
- Perform API testing to ensure the functionality, reliability, and security of APIs.
- Execute mobile testing on various devices and platforms to validate mobile applications - IOS and Android.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand project requirements.
- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Document and track MI Application defects, ensuring thorough communication with the development team.
- Participate in the identification and implementation of process improvements within the testing lifecycle - STLC.
- Provide accurate and timely status reports on testing progress.
