About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester (Manual QA) with 1–3 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of its web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Manual Testing along with a basic understanding of Automation Testing concepts and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
- Validate web and mobile application functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Business teams to ensure timely defect resolution.
- Perform database validation using SQL queries wherever required.
- Validate APIs using tools such as Postman.
- Assist in executing and maintaining automation test scripts as needed.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Manual Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience in creating and executing test cases and maintaining test documentation.
- Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as Jira.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Automation Testing using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of automation concepts and scripting.
- Exposure to Git or other version control systems is an added advantage.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
