Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Tester with 2–8 years of experience in Software Testing, preferably within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Banking CRM Testing, including Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms, and should be capable of validating end-to-end business processes across CRM applications and banking systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Validation Testing.
- Design, prepare, and execute Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Test Data based on business and functional requirements.
- Validate Banking CRM functionalities, including Customer 360, Service Request, Opportunity Management, Customer Onboarding, Lead Management, Case Management, and Campaign Management.
- Perform testing of CRM implementation, enhancements, customizations, and integrations with Core Banking and other banking applications.
- Execute test cases, log defects, retest fixes,



and support defect closure activities using defect management tools.
- Prepare and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), test execution reports, and defect reports.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure application quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support release validation and production deployment activities to ensure successful application rollout.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, testing standards, and project timelines.

Required Skills
- 2–8 years of experience in Software Testing with exposure to the BFSI domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in Banking CRM Testing.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, CRMnext, or any Banking CRM solution.
- Good understanding of CRM modules such as Customer 360, Service Request, Opportunity Management, Lead Management, Customer Onboarding, and Case Management.
- Experience in Functional Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, UAT, and Defect Management.
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of banking processes, customer lifecycle, and CRM integrations.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Core Banking integrations and Digital Banking applications.
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is an added advantage.
