We are looking for an experienced SDR to re-engage dormant leads and past clients, while also driving outbound outreach to generate new opportunities. The role requires a strong mix of follow-up, relationship-building, and proactive prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconnect and revive old/dormant leads from CRM and local databases
- Qualify and nurture leads towards SQL conversion
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Identify opportunities within past clients for upsell/cross-sell
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and track engagement in CRM
- Collaborate with sales team to schedule qualified meetings
- Build and manage lead pipelines with a focus on conversion
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4–5 years of experience in SDR / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
- Proven experience in lead reactivation / nurturing old leads
- Strong communication skills (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to handle multi-channel outreach and follow-ups
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles (preferably IT services)
Positive to Have:

Success Metrics:
- Number of revived leads / re-engagement rate
