About the Role Our Software helps online sellers manage their business on Meesho, AJIO, and Amazon. With new sellers signing up daily, we need a confident communicator to onboard and train them.
Responsibilities - Outbound calls to newly signed-up sellers to welcome and onboard them
- Train sellers on using the platform over phone / screen-share
- Follow up on setup issues and coordinate with the technical team
- Maintain call records and share daily feedback Requirements - Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Confident and polite on calls; basic computer knowledge
- Telecalling / support experience is a plus — freshers welcome, full training provided Apply through Indeed with your resume. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at our Surat office.
