Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Software Sales Executive to promote enterprise software solutions, generate qualified leads, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify customer needs and deliver value-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify target customers and generate qualified sales leads
- Conduct cold calling, networking, and online outreach activities
- Deliver product demonstrations and explain software solutions to clients
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities




- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

- 3–5 years of inside or field sales experience, including 2–3 years in enterprise software sales
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, BI, HRMS, Cloud, or related enterprise solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle independently
