- Collaborate with the IT team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.

- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging issues within the ServiceNow environment.

- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing efforts related to ServiceNow development best practices and solutions.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.

- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Prior experience with ServiceNow development (preferred but not required).
