About the Role We are looking for an accomplished technology leader to head our Engineering, AI, and Product organization. This executive role will define the company's technology vision, lead enterprise-scale engineering teams, drive AI innovation, and own the complete product lifecycle—from ideation and architecture to commercialization and customer success. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in enterprise product engineering, AI/ML, Generative AI, cloud-native architecture, and large-scale engineering leadership.

Responsibilities Define and execute the organization's Engineering, AI, and Product strategy.

Lead Engineering

Managers, Architects, Product Managers, AI Engineers, Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Data and Platform teams. Own the complete SDLC including architecture, development, testing, deployment and production support. Drive AI-powered product development using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, NLP, ML and Conversational AI.

Lead DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, release governance and engineering excellence. Partner with Sales, Delivery and Customers on strategic technology initiatives. Drive innovation, IP creation, AI accelerators and product commercialization.

Manage engineering budgets,



capacity planning and technology partnerships.

Qualifications B.Tech/M.Tech/MS/MCA in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or related field. MBA or Product Management qualification is an advantage.
