About the Role

We’re hiring experienced Software Engineers in Bangalore, India who are looking to restart their careers after a break.

You’ll join our engineering teams building scalable, cloud-led data solutions that power enterprise customers globally — with the support, flexibility and learning needed to confidently step back into a technical role.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Do

- Design, develop and test software across NetApp’s data management and cloud platforms.
- Work with any programming languages such as C, C++, Go, Python,



Java, Kubernetes and microservices.
- Any public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) experience would be nice to have.
- Contribute to building highly scalable, secure and resilient systems.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams across.
- Participate in agile development practices and modern engineering workflows.
- Rebuild technical depth while taking ownership of your growth and impact.

Who is this for

- Software engineers with prior experience with coding, system programming, cloud or full-stack development.
- Candidates returning after a minimum of 12 months of career break (caregiving, personal, relocation, etc.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 4-8 years of relevant industry experience in software development, testing, or related technical roles.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may also be considered.
- Candidates returning to the workforce after a career break are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the required technical qualifications and experience.
