Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled BMC Remedy Developer with a solid background in the BMC Helix ITSM Suite to support and enhance our IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a strong grasp of ITIL best practices to drive digital transformation through customized ITSM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, deploy, and maintain the BMC ITSM Suite, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Customize and integrate workflows, forms, and applications in BMC Helix based on business requirements.
- Integrate BMC Helix with internal systems and third-party applications using REST APIs, AI Spoon Jobs, and other tools.
- Promote and implement ITIL best practices to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop tailored ITSM solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.

Required Qualifications:

- Education:
- B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with the BMC Helix platform

Key Skills:

Primary Skills (Must Have):

- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM best practices
- Proficiency with Remedy AR System, Mid-Tier, Smart IT, and CMDB
- Experience with custom development, API integrations, and workflow automation
- Familiarity with PWA, DWPC, and Innovation Suite
- Hands-on expertise with AI Spoon Client
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
