We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern who understands and appreciates Dream Monks’s bold, performance-driven development. This role is ideal for someone who is trilled with coding.

Key Responsibilities

- Write software that will be used in production, and has meaningful impact to Dream Monks
- Give and receive technical feedback through code reviews or design discussions
- Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to proactively seek and incorporate feedback
- Learn quickly by asking great questions, by working with co-founder and teammates effectively, and by communicating the status of your work clearly

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Nodejs for backend development
- Working knowledge of React for frontend development
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and MongoDB
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and API design fundamentals
- A builder's mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and shipping in a fast-moving setting
