Summary Position Summary Join Deloitte as a Software Engineer III supporting RPA infrastructure and automation solutions. In this role, you will oversee and optimize UIPath and cloud infrastructure, support automation delivery, identify automation opportunities, and partner with stakeholders to enhance enterprise automation capabilities.

This role requires a combination of technical depth, project oversight, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to support scalable and effective automation services.

Work you'll do As a Software Engineer III, you will be responsible for:

- Managing UIPath infrastructure, including license administration, Orchestrator support, and overall platform operations
- Overseeing Azure cloud infrastructure to support the integration, performance, and reliability of RPA solutions
- Identifying and evaluating automation use cases and advising stakeholders on automation strategy and solution opportunities
- Supporting client onboarding and delivering automation services aligned to business requirements
- Leading RPA project execution, including scope, schedule, quality, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Managing and developing team members through coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and resource planning
- Driving continuous improvement across RPA operations, reporting, and solution effectiveness
- Supporting version control, deployment processes, and database administration for automation initiatives

Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in robotic process automation, infrastructure management, automation delivery, or related technology roles




- Experience with UIPath infrastructure, including Orchestrator administration, license management, scheduling, queues, and asset management
- Experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure in support of automation solutions
- Experience leading automation or technology projects and managing stakeholder communication
- Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools
- Experience with version control and deployment processes using Git or Azure CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with database administration and development

Preferred:
- Experience with VBA, Python, PowerShell, Power Automate Desktop or Flows, SharePoint Nintex workflows, or .NET
- Experience with SharePoint, forms, or PowerApps
- Experience mentoring or managing team members
- Experience consulting with clients or stakeholders on automation opportunities
- Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira
