Key Responsibilities

- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Manage and improve software systems and infrastructure as per project requirements.
- Validation & Testing
- Develop and implement software validation and testing procedures to ensure quality and performance.
- Perform bug identification and resolution during development and testing phases.
- Project Management & Collaboration
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, quality assurance, and support teams.
- Work closely with clients and internal departments to provide project updates and technical proposals.
- Documentation & Communication
- Oversee the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Communicate project progress, timelines, and challenges effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & System Optimization




- Analyze data to coordinate new installations or modifications to existing systems.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
- Apply mathematical and statistical techniques to support data-driven decision-making.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Create innovative software solutions to meet technical and business objectives.
- Contribute to shaping the future of internal systems and platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong foundational knowledge of programming principles and software engineering practices.
- Exposure to or experience with software testing methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply mathematical and statistical methods.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a agile team environment.
