Role Overview:

The Software Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions for the higher education sector. This role involves close collaboration, analysis, coding, testing, and maintaining scalable software products.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and offer constructive suggestions to refine acceptance criteria
- Participate in design discussions and create High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Engage in all phases of product development: development, unit testing, integration, and demonstration
- Develop testable, reusable, efficient, and legible code for the Product Suite
- Stabilize and maintain the Product Suite by performing root cause analysis and suggesting improvements
- Collaborate with team members, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery
- Participate actively in SCRUM ceremonies, voicing issues or areas for improvement
- Share knowledge through technical presentations

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- BE/BTech/MCA or higher in Computer Science/IT or equivalent functional experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience




- Strong background in Microsoft technologies:

1. C#, ASP.NET, MVC
2. .NET/.NET Core, Web API, WCF
3. CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, TypeScript
4. UI frameworks: React, Angular

- Proficient in SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and OOP
- Experience with NUnit & Moq for unit testing
- Skilled in using Azure DevOps/TFS, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 customizations:

1. Schema, Workflow, Business Rules, Plugins
2. Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Power Apps
3. ISV integrations

- Solid experience in:

1. Analyzing business requirements and proposing viable technical solutions
2. Creating HLD and LDD documentation
3. Writing clean, testable code and debugging

- Experience leading technical teams and improving product quality through standards and best practices
- Agile mindset;

experience with SCRUM or similar methodologies

- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
- Fluent in written and spoken English
