What you will do Design, build and maintain web applications and APIs end to end

Work directly with clients to turn requirements into something shippable

Review teammates’ code and keep the quality bar steady across projects

Support what you ship — you are close to production, not shielded from it What we are looking for Solid JavaScript/TypeScript, plus one of React, Node.js, Python or Java

Comfortable with relational databases and REST or GraphQL APIs

You can explain a technical trade-off to someone non-technical

You have worked in, or want to work in, a small team with wide scope Run the cloud and on-premise infrastructure behind our client engagements, and the automation that keeps it boring.

What you will do Provision and operate infrastructure across AWS, Azure or GCP

Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code that other engineers rely on

Set up monitoring and alerting, and respond when it fires

Harden systems and help clients meet their security and compliance obligations What we are looking for Hands-on with Linux, containers and at least one major cloud provider

Terraform, Ansible or equivalent infrastructure-as-code experience

Kubernetes in production, or a clear appetite to get there

You automate the thing rather than documenting how to do it manually Own quality across our delivery work — build the automated coverage that lets us ship often without holding our breath.

What you will do Write and maintain automated test suites for web and API layers

Build testing into CI so failures surface before review, not after release





Do exploratory testing on new features and write up what you find clearly

Work with engineers on testability rather than inspecting quality in at the end What we are looking for Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar

You can write code, not just click through test cases

API testing, and a working understanding of how the system fits together A bug report from you tells the engineer exactly how to reproduce it Find and qualify the organisations we should be talking to, and open the conversation properly.

What you will do Identify and research prospective clients across our service lines

Run first conversations — understand the problem before pitching anything

Build and maintain the pipeline, and keep it honest

Work with the delivery team on proposals and scoping What we are looking for B2B business development experience, ideally in IT or software services

You can hold a credible conversation about technology without overselling

Explicit written English — much of this job is email

Comfortable being measured on pipeline quality, not just activity Take qualified opportunities through to signature, then keep those client relationships healthy and growing.

What you will do Own opportunities from qualification through proposal, negotiation and close

Act as the commercial point of contact for existing accounts

Spot where an existing client would genuinely benefit from more of our help

Keep forecasting accurate — we would rather know early than be surprised What we are looking for Track record closing B2B services deals, ideally in IT or consulting

You are comfortable with longer, consultative sales cycles

You keep commitments to clients even when it is inconvenient

Experience with a CRM and a disciplined approach to keeping it current
