Your Impact at Brevo: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain reliable backend services using Go
Build scalable APIs and services for high-volume, production-grade applications
Contribute to system design, technical decisions, and architectural improvements
Write clean, maintainable, productive, and well-tested code
Work with databases, caching systems, messaging platforms, and external services
Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
Investigate and resolve production issues through effective logging, monitoring, and debugging
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
Collaborate with other development teams and business units to deliver integrated solutions
Work closely with Product, QA, Platform, DevOps, and SRE teams
Identify technical debt and contribute to its prioritisation and resolution
Create and maintain technical documentation for services and processes
Continuously learn and share knowledge with other members of the engineering team Who you are: 2-4 Years of professional experience developing backend applications and services
Strong proficiency in Go/Golang
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs or other service interfaces
Valuable understanding of microservices and distributed systems
Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
Understanding of caching technologies such as Redis
Familiarity with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka
Experience writing unit tests and integration tests
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern software development workflows
Understanding of monitoring and observability tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, or similar Nice to Have Prior experience in a high-scale SaaS or B2B email/marketing technology
Familiarity with AI tools and coding agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor,
