- Design and implement robust backend services using Java to support high-traffic CX applications.
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using React and Angular to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain high code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of the NiCE platform.
- Participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of features and iterative improvements.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven professional experience in full-stack development using Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building modern web applications with React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment based in Pune.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native development and deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with state management libraries and contemporary build tools.
- Prior experience working within a Customer Experience (CX) or SaaS product domain.
- Understanding of database design and optimization for high-performance applications.
