About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer (AI Platform & Backend) with 4+ years of experience in building scalable AI-powered applications, backend systems, and cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in AI frameworks, event-driven architectures, AWS cloud services, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered backend applications and platform services.

Build, optimize, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using modern AI frameworks.

Develop backend engines and distributed systems for high-performance AI applications.

Design and implement event-driven architectures and event processing pipelines.

Integrate referral sidecars and backend services to improve system scalability and reliability.

Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and delivery.

Implement secrets management, monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software.





Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in backend software development.

Strong experience designing and developing scalable, cloud-native applications.

Hands-on experience with AI application development using LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures.

Experience working with AWS cloud services, containerized deployments, and contemporary DevOps practices.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and backend integration patterns.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience building enterprise AI platforms and Generative AI solutions.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration.

Knowledge of cloud security best practices and infrastructure automation.

Experience working in Agile development environments.
