PropPie manages curated residential, commercial, and plot properties including legal processes, due diligence, rental income distribution, and exit strategies, making real estate investment accessible, transparent, and liquid.

Internship

ResponsibilitiesWork alongside the development team to create and sustain full-stack applications and data pipelines on the platform.Develop and repair frontend components using Next.js/React, including forms, dashboards, and charts.Design and extend backend APIs and AWS Lambda functions in TypeScript, utilizing DynamoDB and S3 storage solutions.Construct and maintain data ingestion pipelines sourcing data from APIs, web feeds, and other inputs into organized storage systems.Implement data validation, deduplication processes, and quality assurance checks to ensure reliability of analytics data.Write SQL queries to support analytics endpoints and develop data models.Support development of an AI-driven chat assistant involving prompt creation, tool enhancements,
