- People Management - Managing SDET's located in Inda, upskilling/reskilling, hiring and retention, including adoption of engineering culture
- Stakeholder Management – Working with key business and technology stakeholders to deliver automation testing suites/strategies and capabilities to support the digital transformation agenda.
- Ways of Working – Adoption of the Agile ways of working in the software delivery lifecycle.
- E2E Software Development Test Lifecycle Management

1. Develop code for test automation
2. Help define Software Testing Design at the Solution level.
3. Build current tools to enhance test automation and functional testing, and innovate on existing automation processes.
4.



Lead the planning and documentation of complex test strategies and acceptance criteria based on customer needs.
5. Maintain automation scripts and perform peer reviews of the automation codebase.
6. Analyze and repair broken test cases and failures.
7. Investigate, diagnose, and repair complex problems, testing bugs, and manage bug reports.
8. Understand business processes at the Solution level to integrate industry best practices into testing processes.
9. Tracks usage of platforms across business units and defines costs per business unit accordingly.
