Job Title: Software Development Engineer III (SDE-3) Experience: 5–8 Years Job Type: Full time About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled SDE-3 who is passionate about solving complex problems using efficient algorithms and clean design. As a core member of our engineering team, you will be expected to bring deep expertise in data structures, algorithms, and Java, and play a key role in building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance systems.

Responsibilities Design and develop highly performant backend systems and services in Java

Write clean, modular, and well-tested code following best software engineering practices

Solve challenging algorithmic and data-structure problems in real-world systems

Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to translate high-level designs into concrete implementations

Drive design discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers

Own modules end-to-end:



from design to deployment and operational monitoring Requirements 5–8 years of experience in backend development with deep proficiency in Java

Strong command over data structures, algorithms, system design, and problem-solving

Experience building large-scale, distributed, and multi-threaded systems

Solid understanding of JVM internals, memory management, concurrency, and performance tuning

Familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines Good to Have Experience with Kafka, NoSQL, Python, Machine Learning, MILP
