global team to create memorable experiences for customers Essential Responsibilities Work with Reporting Analytics team and Architecture team to capture functional and define technical requirements to design and deliver exceptional customer experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics CRMA Define and design integration architecture to CRMA using out of the box CRMA connectors or bespoke solutions using CRMAs Data API Define design and build CRMA data flows datasets Define and design secure analytic solutions for various personas thru the creation of CRMA dashboards reports and applications Define and create CRMA data-mapping recipes Collaborates with product team members UX architects and product management to create secure reliable scalable software solutions Writes custom code or scripts to automate infrastructure monitoring services test cases to do destructive testing to ensure adequate resiliency in production Collaborate cross-functionally with business and other IT teams across Delta Champion development and integration standards best practices and their related deliverables Aim to deliver processes and components that can be maintained by the business into the future using native features and functions whenever possible Design develop and deploy Apex classes triggers test methods and Lightning web components to meet the businesss requirements Optimize and improve products and aid the business in regression testing as needed to avoid disruption from any Salesforce-side upgrade Knowledge of Salesforce CRMA Tableau CRM AWS valuable understanding of API Microservices development Identifies unsecured code areas and implements fixes as they are discovered with or without tooling Identifies implements and shares technical solutions that can be used across the portfolio Identifies product enhancements to create a better experience for the end users Research and or investigate technical issues impacting the organization and recommend solutions Provides application support for software running in production Proactively reviews the Performance and Capacity of all aspects of production code infrastructure data and message processing Triages high priority issues and outages as they arise Participates in learning activities around agile software development and development core practices and mentors other team members in these best practices WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Deep familiarity with building integrations between Salesforce and other platforms using Apex REST APIs or other integration ETL tools Experience debugging components and code built by other developers and understand how to get to the root of the issue Knowledge of Cloud-native development RESTful APIs and stateless microservices architectures Must have 2 years of experience designing and implementing solutions for the ingestion of large volumes of data by Salesforce CRM Analytics CRMA formerly Tableau CRM including creation of CRM datasets Minimum 2 years of experience developing of BI and Analytics solutions use of large complex data with visualization tools like Tableau Cognos Power BI CRMA Experienced with integration of Salesforce TCRM tableau CRM design development and integration with Experience Cloud implementations Knowledge of Jboss Websphere AWS with background in API Microservices development Knowledge of AWS services like Lambdas S3 SQS SNS EC2 Code Pipeline Athena DynamoDB RDS Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and virtual networks from a cloud point of view Able to independently create and maintain automation test jobs and execute as part of a CI CD pipeline Experience of working in distributed agile teams using agile frameworks such as SCRUM SAFe XP etc Knowledge of CI CD and DevOps practices with tools such as Git Gitlab Jira VersionOne Agility Jenkins Terkton Gradle Ansible Ability to clearly communicate and coordinate with peers product owners and cross functional teams
