1. Develop recent features and modifications for back-end servers of the Mettl Assessment Platform.
2. Collaborate with the product team to understand change requests and suggest efficient implementation methods.
3. Analyze change requests, estimate development effort, and implement changes in a timely manner.
4. Perform unit testing and occasionally participate in load testing.
Job Requirements:
1. 3-4 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and web services (Microservices, REST, SOAP, Web API).
2. B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and complexity analysis.
4. Proficiency in Java and experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
