Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid Software Developer Internship role based in Indore. The intern will collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and web applications that support hospital operations and patient workflows.

Daily tasks include writing clean, well-documented code, fixing bugs, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical discussions and design decisions. The role also involves working with product and operations teams to understand user requirements, translating them into technical tasks, and assisting in deploying and monitoring features in a production environment. Interns will be encouraged to learn new tools and technologies,



follow best practices in software development, and actively contribute to improving system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and basic operating systems concepts.
- Skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or similar).
- Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts such as APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in real-world projects.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate within a team, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and willingness to learn agile or iterative development practices.
- Interest in healthtech or building products for hospitals and patients; prior project or internship experience is a plus but not required.
