Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Architect / Lead to join our team. This role involves leading complex software projects, designing robust architectures, and mentoring a team of developers while collaborating with cross-functional global teams. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a passion for leadership and innovation, especially in the regulated medical device domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, QA, regulatory, and client stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Define and implement software design patterns, architecture standards, and development frameworks.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation, and validation processes for software in the medical device domain.
- Evaluate and integrate up-to-date technologies to improve software performance, security, and maintainability.
- Manage project timelines, resources,



and risks effectively.
- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of technology initiatives and innovation within the team.
- Design and implement end-to-end architecture for AI/ML solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor?s/master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.) and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, system design, and integration patterns.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and version control (e.g., Git).
- Solid grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in the medical device domain (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 13485) is a strong plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in HealthTech or medical device software development.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools.
- Ability to manage stakeholders, present solutions, and lead technical discussions.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI/ML models within enterprise applications.
