Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Soft Skills Trainer role based in Jaipur, focused on entry-level talent.

The Soft Skills

Trainer will deliver interactive training sessions on communication, presentation, and life skills to students preparing for placements.

Responsibilities include designing and updating training content, conducting classroom and small-group sessions, and using practical activities, role plays, and assessments to reinforce learning.



The trainer will track learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support participants in building confidence for interviews and workplace interactions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine training methodologies and ensure consistent training quality.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and soft skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Experience or interest in training and development, especially in delivering soft skills and life skills programs.
- Effective presentation skills and comfort speaking to larger groups and classrooms.
- Ability to design and adapt training content and activities based on learner needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education, psychology, HR, or related fields are an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or local languages is beneficial.
- Robust interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-centric approach.
- Fresh graduates with a passion for teaching and mentoring are encouraged to apply.
