- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy and content calendar aligned with business goals.
- LinkedIn Growth: Create engaging long-form posts, carousels, and thought leadership content for company and executive profiles.
- YouTube Management: Lead channel strategy, video SEO (titles, thumbnails, tags), and optimization for YouTube Shorts and long-form video.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track KPIs (reach, CTR, engagement, retention), analyze performance using YouTube Studio and social tools, and deliver actionable monthly reports.
- Community Engagement: Interact with our audience daily to build an active, loyal community.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience.
- Proven track record of growing LinkedIn pages, YouTube and Instagram channels.
- Robust copywriting skills tailored for B2B and video audiences.
- Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite) are a plus.
