Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist & Video Editor who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, edit professional videos, and help grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, video editing, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X).
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Edit videos for social media platforms using professional editing software.
- Design basic graphics and thumbnails.
- Write attractive captions and relevant hashtags.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution.
- Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.

Required Skills
- Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.




- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook content.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and social media marketing.
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management and Video Editing.
- Freshers with an excellent portfolio may also apply.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating viral content.
- Knowledge of SEO for YouTube.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Experience in running Meta Ads is an added advantage.

Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on skills and experience)
