As we continue to scale our digital marketing efforts, we are looking for an experienced Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager who can coordinate with India's leading marketing agencies and drive high-quality lead generation across multiple digital platforms.

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a strong understanding of real estate lead generation and an established network of leading digital marketing agencies.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing agencies, evaluating their performance, negotiating commercials, launching campaigns, and generating quality leads across multiple digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who can act as the bridge between Asset Deals and external marketing partners while ensuring maximum return on marketing investments.

Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Management Build and manage relationships with leading marketing agencies specializing in:

- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Lead Generation
- Google Search & Display Campaigns
- YouTube Advertising
- LinkedIn Marketing
- WhatsApp Marketing
- SMS Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Event Marketing
- Webinar & Seminar Lead Generation




- Performance Marketing

Evaluate agency performance and recommend the best partners for each marketing channel.

Lead Generation Drive high-quality lead generation through multiple digital platforms.

Work closely with agencies to improve:

- Lead Quality
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Conversion Rate
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Campaign Performance

Campaign Planning Coordinate end-to-end execution of digital campaigns.

Monitor budgets, campaign timelines, creative approvals, landing pages, and lead delivery.

Ensure timely optimization based on campaign performance.

Vendor Coordination Maintain strong relationships with:

- Performance Marketing Agencies
- Creative Agencies
- Video Production Teams
- Event Companies
- SMS & WhatsApp Service Providers
- CRM Partners
- Technology Vendors

Negotiate commercials and ensure timely project execution.

Analytics & Reporting Prepare regular reports on:

- Lead Generation
- Marketing ROI
- Campaign Performance
- Cost Per Lead
- Conversion Rates
- Agency Performance
- Marketing Budget Utilization

Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for professionals who have:





- Minimum 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Prior experience in real estate marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong network of reputed digital marketing agencies.
- Experience managing multiple lead-generation channels simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, WhatsApp Marketing, SMS Marketing, and Event Marketing.
- Strong analytical and vendor management skills.
