Trigital is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven Social Media professional who can build engaging brand narratives, create high-performing content, and manage multiple client accounts across platforms. The ideal candidate understands how content, community, and performance work together to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, and campaign concepts.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and execute Reels, Shorts, carousels, and trend-based content.
- Monitor social conversations and manage community engagement.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to amplify campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly client reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and AI-powered content tools.
- Collaborate with influencers and creators for brand campaigns.




- Ensure timely publishing and consistent brand communication.

Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (Digital Marketing/Social Media Agency experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Canva AI.
- Ability to interpret analytics and optimize content performance.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience managing B2C brands is an advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
