Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow social media presence for multiple client accounts as well as for Ktini’s own brand. You will create engaging content, run campaigns, build communities, and deliver measurable results across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client business goals (brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and sales).
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality daily content (posts, Stories, Reels, carousels, videos, and industry news) across multiple platforms.
- Design eye-catching graphics and short-form videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly while maintaining brand voice.
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns, including contests, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports on KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, traffic, and conversions).




- Collaborate with the web design, SEO, content, and video teams to ensure consistent branding and cross-channel synergy.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery for all client accounts.
- Stay updated on best practices in social media marketing and recommend improvements.

Requirements
- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proven ability to create engaging content (copywriting + visuals + short-form video).
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva mandatory; Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
- Basic knowledge of paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Skills
- Experience creating video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how social media drives website traffic.
- Knowledge of reputation management and crisis communication.
- Experience working with small business clients across different industries.
